Student Drivers Find Success at TransAm

Immediately following a three-day orientation at one of TransAm's terminals in either Olathe, KS (Kansas City area) or Rockwall, TX (Dallas area), each student driver is paired with a certified coach for approximately three weeks. Students then spend approximately one additional week at one of TransAm's terminals working with the Training and Development staff to further develop the skills they learned over the road. Students are paid for completing orientation and earn $50 per day while training. TransAm's training period is comprehensive and effective and you will learn what being a safe, professional driver is all about.
