TransAm's terminal in Rockwall, TX has a full staff of professionals who are ready to assist the drivers with equipment maintenance, permits, and driver operations-related questions. The Rockwall facility also has driver training personnel available who conduct daily safety classes and who can provide drivers with a multitude of training information such as trip planning, log book completion, and mobile communications.

TransAm's most valuable assets are its drivers. From new driver orientation to ongoing training and safety classes, TransAm understands that its drivers must be properly prepared in order to succeed over the road. TransAm's drivers are taught the skills that are necessary to deliver freight on time. Additionally, they are provided with the knowledge that will help them protect the motoring public by driving safely and in a professional manner. In order to continually support the drivers, each one is assigned a Driver Manager who provides assistance on a daily basis. TransAm's Night Dispatch personnel take over during the night and on weekends to continue the coverage twenty-four hours a day every day of the year.
