TransAm Fleet Driver Benefits

The FAC fleet in Rocky Mount, North Carolina is a dedicated fleet that primarily runs east of the Mississippi with most headhaul loads originating in Raeford, NC. This fleet is made up of 75 Kenworth T600 trucks that are maintained and serviced in the Rocky Mount area. Recent graduates of truck driving school and experienced drivers attend orientation and obtain on-going training in Rocky Mount as well.

. Experienced drivers get 34c a mile for all miles
. 1/2c Per mile raise every 6 months

Driver Qualification Requirements

. Excellent Driving Record
. Minimum 21 years old
. 3 months OTR experience or recent Driving School graduate
. NO DUI convictions on the last 5 years
. Class "A" CDL
. DOT Physical and drug screen required
. No truck abandonment in the last 5 years
. No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 36 months
