TAFS SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
TransAm Financial Services is growing again, and we are adding another Sales Account Manager to our team!  This position includes growing our client base through sales processes, retaining and growing existing clients, as well as providing customer service.  Factoring and transportation experience preferred, but not required!  The ideal candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated, as well as have excellent communication and customer relation skills.  This is a full time, salaried position working Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. 

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – FLEET MANAGEMENT
We have a current opening for a Driver Manager Trainee.  Job duties and responsibilities include working in operations to learn fundamental functions of our Fleet Management department, including dispatching drivers, scheduling home time, answering break messages, and communicating with other departments as needed.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and computer skills.  The right candidate will be able to train in various areas within the Operations department and possess the necessary skills and motivation to move up within our organization.  This is a full-time salaried position working Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and every 6th Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

TRUCK TECHNICIAN
We have an immediate opening for a Truck Technician. Duties include performing oil changes, brake adjustments, light system repairs, minor accident damage, clutch jobs, minor engine repairs, and other routine preventative maintenance. Welding skills a plus! Must have own tools, be highly motivated, dependable and have at 2 yrs experience or equivalent training/education. This is a full-time, hourly position working Thursday – Friday, 6:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday – Sunday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. 


LOGISTICS SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
We have an immediate opening for a Sales Account Manager position in TransAm Logistics.  Duties include extensive phone work for prospecting and cold calling, setting up new accounts, and maintaining accounts by booking and scheduling freight.  We are looking for a motivated, high-energy person that likes to succeed! The job requires a love for sales, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge. Sales experience required, college degree preferred. This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday.

COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
We have an immediate opening in our Safety & Compliance department for a Compliance Administrator.  Duties include sorting, scanning, verifying detail, data entry, and problem identification.  This position requires decision making skills, speed and accuracy.  Must be self-motivated and dependable.  This is a full-time, hourly position working Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

ROCKWALL OFFICE/SHOP POSITIONS

TRAILER TECHNICIAN
We have an immediate opening for a Trailer Technician.   Duties include performing brake adjustments, light system repairs, minor accident damage, and other routine preventative maintenance.  Must have own tools, be highly motivated, and have at least 2 yrs experience or equivalent training/education.  Thermo-King experience helpful but not required!   This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER
We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Engineer. This position is responsible for providing support and maintenance on  AS400 mainframe system, Microsoft network system, phone system and video conferencing equipment and various software applications.  Performs system backups and writes, updates and runs queries using Query 400, Sequel, and Microsoft Access.  Also responsible for configuring and maintaining office equipment, performing upgrades, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.  Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in high pressure situations.  This is a full-time, salaried position with daytime hours and some evening and weekend work.
