As a company driver, you will have access to great equipment including the Kenworth T680 which is fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly, and very quiet. All trucks have automatic transmissions which mean less fatigue in traffic, a safer, smoother ride, and great fuel mileage. All trucks have condo cabs, dual bunks, Auxiliary Power Units, power inverters and are satellite radio-equipped. At their option, Independent Contractors who wish to lease a tractor through ONE Leasing will have access to this same great equipment.

Driver Support Specialist

As part of our continued commitment to our drivers, we have created a Driver Support Specialist role that is dedicated to assisting our drivers while they are over-the-road. The Driver Support Specialist is available to the entire fleet and can provide step-by-step guidance for many trucking situations. The Driver Support Specialist has first hand experience as a driver and member of the TransAm Training & Development team.

Qualification Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A
  • Must have at-least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Minimum 21-years-old
  • No DUI convictions in last 3 years
  • No preventable accidents in the last 6-month period
  • No more than 1 preventable accidents in the last 12-month period
  • No more than 3 moving violations in 3-year period
  • No reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
  • DOT physical & drug screen required
  • Required to take the tractor and trailer home during home time and must have secure place to park the equipment at home location
