Company Driver of the Month: Jaime S.
Jaime has been with TransAm since earlier this year and has set an incredible standard. With zero service failures, a clean safety record, and consistently on-time deliveries, she brings reliability and a positive attitude to everything she does. She’s truly a standout member of the fleet.
Company Driver of the Month: Hassan M.
Hassan showed exceptional professionalism and kindness this month. Another driver — from a different company — reached out to share how Hassan stopped what he was doing to help her back into a spot at a distribution center in Kentucky. Her message highlighted how much it meant to her to meet such a helpful and respectful driver. Hassan’s actions highlight what it truly means to operate as an Independent Contractor. Beyond safely hauling freight, he consistently demonstrates the professionalism and responsibility required to manage his business on the road. Stepping in to help another driver—even when it doesn’t benefit him financially—shows the level of character, decision-making, and leadership that successful business owners display.
